Kamal Solar has been a trusted solar energy company since 1998, headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We supply, install, and service solar water heaters, rooftop solar (on-grid & hybrid) systems, solar pumps, heat pumps, and allied products across South India.
3. Products & Services
All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability listed on this website are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Kamal Solar does not warrant that product information is error-free.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Availability of products is subject to stock and procurement lead times.
Kamal Solar reserves the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders placed through our WooCommerce-powered website are subject to acceptance by Kamal Solar. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Kamal Solar does not store your card or bank details.
Accepted Methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and EMI options as enabled by Razorpay.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed and payment is received.
Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
GST Invoice: A GST-compliant invoice will be provided for all purchases.

5. Installation & Site Services
For products that include professional installation (solar water heaters, rooftop solar systems, solar pumps), the following conditions apply:
Site Suitability: The customer is responsible for ensuring the site is accessible, structurally suitable, and meets local building or electrical code requirements prior to installation.
Site Survey: A technical survey may be conducted before installation. Additional charges may apply if the site requires preparatory civil or electrical work not covered in the original quotation.
Access: The customer must provide safe and unobstructed access to the installation site on the agreed date and time.
Permissions: Obtaining any necessary permissions from housing societies, local authorities, or electricity distribution companies (DISCOMs) is the responsibility of the customer.
Completion: Installation timelines are indicative. Delays due to weather, force majeure, or site-related issues are not the liability of Kamal Solar.
Service Visits: Post-installation service visits are subject to availability and may incur charges after the warranty period.
6. Warranty & Defects
Warranty terms are product-specific and will be communicated at the time of purchase or in the product documentation. General conditions:
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation by third parties, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty claims must be raised with Kamal Solar directly along with proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
Kamal Solar will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products within the warranty period.
Warranty is non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Order Cancellation by Customer:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided dispatch has not occurred. Contact us immediately at the details below.
Orders that have been dispatched or for which installation has been scheduled cannot be cancelled.
Custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable once confirmed.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.
For installation services already performed, refunds are not applicable.
Returns: Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories. We do not accept returns for products that have been installed or used.
