How much hot water does a solar water heater produce?+
A 100-litre solar water heater provides sufficient hot water for 2-3 members per day. A 200-litre system serves 4-5 members. 300L+ is suitable for larger families or commercial use.
What happens on cloudy or rainy days?+
All our solar water heaters include an electric backup heating element that automatically activates on cloudy or rainy days, ensuring you always have hot water available.
How long does installation take?+
A standard residential installation typically takes 4-6 hours. Our team visits, installs, tests, and hands over the system the same day.
What is the lifespan of a solar water heater?+
Our systems are designed to last 15-20 years with proper maintenance. We use premium glass-lined storage tanks and high-quality evacuated tube collectors.
Heat Pump Systems
How is a heat pump different from a solar water heater?+
A heat pump extracts heat from ambient air to heat water, so it works at night and on cloudy days. Heat pumps are 3-4x more efficient than electric geysers but do require electricity to operate.
How much electricity does a heat pump save?+
Our heat pump systems consume up to 70% less electricity than traditional electric geysers.
Solar Rooftop
How much rooftop area do I need for a 1 kW system?+
Approximately 10-12 square metres of shadow-free rooftop area is required per kW. A 3 kW system needs around 30-36 sq metres.
What is the payback period?+
Most residential systems pay back in 4-6 years, after which you generate free electricity for the remaining 20+ year lifespan of the panels.
Are there government subsidies?+
Yes. Under the PM Surya Ghar scheme, residential customers can receive subsidies up to Rs 78,000. We assist with all paperwork at no extra cost.
Maintenance & Warranty
What does the AMC cover?+
Our Annual Maintenance Contract covers 2 preventive maintenance visits per year, system health checks, tank cleaning, panel cleaning, minor repairs, and priority customer support.
What warranty do you offer?+
Solar water heaters: 5-year tank warranty, 3-year collector warranty. Heat pump systems: 2-year comprehensive warranty. Solar panels: 10-year product + 25-year performance warranty.
